Research shows that employees who refer others to fill internal openings within a company are well suited for the culture of the organization, are excellent contributors and stay with the company for longer periods of time.

Who is eligible to make Referrals?
All U.S. employees, staff and billable, except Vice President level and above, Human Resources personnel, recruiters and managers with hiring authority over the referred candidates.
How do I make a Referral?
1. Forward the candidate’s resume to email@example.com (Current Staff and Billable field employees who are currently on an assignment through DCG are not eligible to be referred)
2. If that candidate is hired and stays at least 90 consecutive days and you are still employed with the Company, you receive your $1,500 Referral Bonus!
When is this program effective?
The Program is effective December 1, 2010
What do I receive for a successful referral?
If you refer a qualified candidate that is hired and stays for at least 90 days and you are still employed with DCG at that time, you will receive a $1,500 referral bonus (cash awards are taxable income and will be subject to applicable deductions).
